Can anyone tell me if either of these room descriptions are lockoff rooms or would they both have a full balcony?

I believe the JR suite is the "lock off" or B side. It has two double beds, full bathroom with large tub/shower, kitchenette and a small balcony. The A side has bedroom with king bed, bathroom with large shower, living room, full kitchen, large balcony with jetted tub.
