Reaching out to Regal Vistas at Massanutten Owners

I'm a new owner of a Regal Vistas at Massanutten unit. Week 24. Full unit. Please sound off if you are a fellow owner, too.

I am a new owner also at Regal Vistas. I have week 26 witha 2 bedroom.

I have a week 30 2br unit at Regal Vistas. :)

I own at Regal Vista 4 bedrooms week 12. I have owned at Massanutten since 1979 and have seen many changes. It's a great place to vacation.

Sorry for the much delayed response. I had assumed that I'd get an email notification. We've put a public facing Massanutten Resort Regal Vistas Owners up on Facebook recently.

While this thread doesn't see much activity it's not dead. If we can get more owners to post then perhaps we can coordinate among ourselves to split or share. The resort does a pretty good job of keeping owners isolated. I've got a full duplex unit and sometimes it's just my wife and me. I'd love to be able to swap a week for the spring or winter.

in the secondary market, is it possible to purchase week 51 or 52 Regal Vista for use every other year - just one 2 bedroom villa - every other year maintenance fees too? do not want to pay high maintenance fees each year and do not need 4 bedrooms at any time. how hard is it to sell mountainside villa week 50? happy with 2 mountainside villas week 51 and 52 and friend has vacationed and owned for over 40 years! Appreciate your feedback!
