Grand Solmar Timeshare Deceptions!

Beware of the sneaky sales tactics at the Grand Solmar. Don't buy a timeshare there. The sales people have you believe that there are no rights to rescission. They have you initial that and it is also printed on the credit card acknowledgement and Visa slip.

Beware: Hidden on the back page is the 5 day cancellation clause. They won't tell you about it and won't show it to you. They will have you believe that you can't cancel. Verbally they will tell you that you can't cancel.

DON'T BELIEVE THEM. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS!!!

It's not just Grand Solmar. These despicable sales tactics are quite rife throughout all of Mexico.

But yeah, you are right. Legally, anyone who purchases a timeshare in Mexico, regardless of what the contract says, by law has five days to rescind.
