It's doubtful that the credit card company will give you a refund after 18 months.
A better bet would be to contact the attorney-general in Florida.
By the way, there are countless organizations like this one. It doesn't matter what their name is or what their BBB rating is. Never, ever pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out, market, or "cancel" your timeshare. That's always a scam.

We really were freighted when we saw this article. We had paid them up front as well. We actually had are two units rented with them, but it took almost the 90 days. We started calling after the 60 days that my rep stated. My wife thought that we had been burnt again. We had tried this two other times before, but this time it really worked! We are very happy with Summit Marketing and have referred them to other friends and children who also have timeshares.

are you for real? I have been calling for 3 weeks now leaving voicemails and sending emails. No reply.
