HGVC Misrepresentation And scam

Got the unsolicited HGVC sales call for Parc Solie. Was promised a $200.00 use at any Hilton certificate. Spent $500 on airline tickets, paid $167 for the three nights stay, went to the presentation, did not buy. When I got back I submitted ALL documentation that was required for the certificate. Got a postcard yesterday saying my $200 certificate application was invalid. I called today and got the runaround. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were ALL BUSY. They took my name and said they would have a supervisor call me back. Guess who hasn't called back! I intend to be as persistent with HGVC as the sales people were when they made their phony promises.
