Quartershares

I am looking to understand owning a quartershare and what is involved as far as expenses and onging costs??

In a quartershare you own your unit with only three other families, and each family receives 13 weeks of use. The use weeks rotate in two week increments, such that every 4 years each owner will have had access to each week of the year. Thus you get all holiday weeks, prime summer weeks, and off season weeks as well. Maintenance fees are paid on all thirteen weeks. Quartershares are great for large families, and unused weeks may be rented or donated.
