How much to convert fixed weeks to points

I just had my update and they wanted $6500 (includes deeding fee) to convert my weeks to points and to add 40,000 points every other year. I can exchange my week with RCI for $219 so that would cover me for 30 years even if I didn't invest it in the stock market (which I do and get 9% a year for the last 30 years)
