Has anyone heard of them or done business with them

Have you looked up on the internet anything about them?

I've never heard of them but if you answer these few questions, I or others on these boards can tell you if this is a legitimate operation.

1) How did you come to hear of UTAA? An unexpected telemarketing call?

2) What are they promising to do for you and for how much?

3) What are you hoping to accomplish by using them?

4) In all honesty, what do you really think they will accomplish for you?

Remember, never ever pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out, market, or "cancel" your timeshare. These are all scams.
