Mayan/Vida Vacations honoring their promises now

We have been in negotiations with Vida/Groupo Vidanta since March 1, 2015 and seems they have finally come to a resolution to honor the promises made to us.. I believe the new management/ownership is truly working on cleaning up their sales presentations.. They are NOT supposed to offer "rental deals" and they now have a paper they have you read and sign that says, they "do not" offer third party rentals and to not purchase any unit trying to make a profit off of rental. They also informed me they have let go many sales reps that have given false promises and that the member service rep that writes up the contract is supposed to catch any lies and give the customer the truthful information. They realized that they misrepresented our upgrade 5 years ago, that were under construction at that time and once they were completed they were not as promised, but are making it right now and adjusting our contract to honor promises made in 2010..

There is no follow through. They still are empty promises.
