Do y ou own a presidential or other resort at Emerald Bay and were told you could sell it?

I am having a dispute with the sales department at Emerald Bay and want to see what YOU were told when you purchased there. I bought pre construction and was told I could rent, divide, sell or essentially do anything I wanted with my presidential suite. Now I am being told I must sell the presidential as a presidential and cannot split off the junior suite that we no longer need. What were you told when you bought? There is NOTHING in the contract that prohibits this splitting of the unit and its sale.
