Can you be a little more specific?

What did this company promise to do for you and for how much? How did you come to hear of this company? What are you hoping this company can/will do for you? Is this company asking you to pay for its services upfront or after the transaction?

Here's some valuable advice. If this company called you out of the blue promising you big bucks to sell, rent out, or "cancel" your timeshare for money upfront, then it is a scam.
