I sent a message to someone advertising their unit for rent. It was a Redweek Verified unit. The reply was horribly rude and unhelpful. I question whether he was even the owner. He said he had no photos of the unit and told me to call the hotel directly to ask my questions. Is this the norm? I'm deeply concerned.
