Monarch Sea Pines Renovation Plans???

What are plans for renovations at Monarch Sea Pines? Are the renovations done to the entire facility at once? On a floor-by-floor basis? Building-by-building? If my unit is undergoing renovation during the week I'm supposed to use it, how is that remedied? How can I see the renovation schedule for Monarch Sea Pines?
