RedWeek response

I tried to have my listing cancelled several months ago with NO response. Red week was prompt in putting my time share up for rental but horrible at pulling it once I realized there were too many others trying to rent out that weekend. Meanwhile I was being charged for the listing. After several terse emails they finally pulled it off. I will never list with them again!
