For future readers - I uploaded the document to the Yahoo Group (I'm the mod). The document referenced is for the former Divi Vacation Club which became the Divi Travel Club back in January 2015 when Divi rolled out the sales / marketing program for "pure points". At that time Divi made "Divi Vacation Club" the name for this new (as of 2015) program. That is why the former Divi Vacation Club became the Divi Travel Club. Do note that the former Divi Vacation Club and not "Divi Travel Club" stopped taking in new members when the new Divi Vacation Club was rolled out.

Can you buy dvc points from some other party other than Divi?
