Regarding if true that time sharing headquarters are relocating in Florida

Can you please confirm if congress has approved the relocation of timeshare companies headquarters into Florida for the purposes of raising mandatory maintenance fees approved by the senate??????

I seriously doubt congress is cares where the timeshare companies house their headquarters. As far as I know there are no national timeshare laws. The ones that exist are on the state level and there is no restriction on moving headquarters.
