Upgrade

We just upgraded our Spinnaker ownership, and by doing so, we were able to get rid of a Wyndham, a Bluegreen, and a Spinnaker Waterside as credits toward the purchase of Palace View Heights 3/3 lockout unit. We thought the final cost was reasonable, as we have found no other way to shed the first two ownerships with any credit at all. Now we are back to one maintenance fee and one exchange plan, instead of the three that we were trying to keep straight.
