I have several red week postings & at least once I week, I will get the same inquiry: I would like to book this week. How do I Proceed. The same 2 sentences week after week. I always respond to it, but it is always a "dead end". Is it a Robot? Any thoughts? Leon Barnaby

Leon - We recently added a standard inquiry form that a potential renter can use. If your renters choose to use that form, then the inquiries will be worded the same. I would suggest checking your spam folder if you are not hearing back from multiple renters.
