I am wondering if when my family of 6 travels to Aruba in January if is allowed to bring food (munchies, breakfast, beer thats not sold in Aruba) with us?

You need to check with your airline to see what restrictions they have. You also need to check with customs in Aruba.

I wouldn't worry so much about non perishable food but there might be restrictions on importing fresh produce and there may be customs limits on alcohol that can be brought in without paying a fee.
