Complimentary shuttle service between Royal Resorts is only available in Cancun. There are no complimentary shuttles from Playa del Carmen, where Royal Haciendas is located, to Cancun currently.

For more than 3 people, it is worth getting private shuttle, but you can also buy seats on a shared shuttle. Very competitive pricing, cheaper than finding your own taxi and the staff is wonderful and accomodating.
