Being based in the UK, it's hard to fathom when Spring Break happens. Is there a general date range, from and to, when the Spring Break week is staggered?

Joanna for a lot of colleges it's mid March 7-21 but others are April. For elementary and high schools at least in New England States its April 19th week.

About 80% of major colleges in the U.S. are in March. Usually 7th-14th, or 14th-21. Some as late as the first week in April. I book Aruba and Caicos vacations for myself right AFTER for the best value tho. Good-luck Joannat43!

Another phenomenon here is Presidents Week in February.

So let’s say people are looking for warmer climates in Feb/March and CA is one of the top destinations. My question, as a Full Service member, is how does the actual property fit in to optimizing/maximizing rent revenue? For instance, Ritz Carlton Club & Residence in San Francisco, CA or for those who ski, Ritz Carlton Club & Residence in Vail. CO

What about Mexico? As in WORLDMARK CORAL BAJA. Last week of April. Is Mexico popular at all?

Joanna, I rent Marriott timeshares in Palm Desert. The hot Spring Weeks for me are the last two weeks in March. The last week in March can run into April.

By the way all my 7 units were rented by November, more than 120 days before arrival.

Public schools in WA State are generally the first week in April, but may vary a week or so either way
