Is this company legitimate? Do they have a good customer rating? How long have they been around?

Also, is this company claiming it can help you "cancel" your timeshare or is it claiming that it's gathering information from owners to start a class action lawsuit?

I think this is a scam. It cost me $ 3000. I did give them my card. They are going to get rid of my time share. In 10 days they want $1300 more for closing cost. Please help me, I am a military widow. Thanks EMS

If you believe (with good reason, apparently) that this is a scam, then I respectfully suggest that you immediately contact your credit card issuer and formally dispute that $3,000 charge (and don't pay that additional $1,300 for alleged "closing" either).

There are time limits to dispute credit card charges, so don't delay. Good luck.
