We are looking at buying a resale at Westin Kierland and want to get your opinion on this deal. It seems good to us, but I don't want to overlook the obvious due to my ignorance:
Westin Kierland 1 bedroom premium @ 81,000 options
Every other year (odd) / Platinum season
$4,500 + closing costs/fees of approx. $600
MF's of approx. $500/year
