Has this resort been updated lately? What is the difference between the Villages and Resort?

Sheraton Vistana Villages cycles their updates roughly every four years, and two of the buildings - Amelia and St. Augustine - have recently undergone refreshes. The Villages are slightly more modern, and include elevators as well as larger pools. However, the Resort does have mini golf while the Villages do not.
