They only sleep six if the sixth person is under the age of three. Some only sleep four.

I am a DVC owner (Disneys Beach Club Villas). I agree with Deb C below. For studio occupancy the 6th person must be under 3 yo. Most rooms have a Pack n Play for the little one. Two people will be on a sofa sleeper bed which may or may not be comfortable for some guests. Some of the floor plans have limited room to walk when all the beds are open and in use.
