Do I have to buy all inclusive for $140 day?

washer/dryer on each floor, not in units. Too many restaurants within walking distance to do all inclusive, in my opinion.

washers and dryers are on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors. Often some are not working but we have never found that ALL of them are out of commission so have never not been able to wash our laundry.
