If I live nearby, and I purchase a resale, will I have access to the amenities year-round? I know several owners who do this, but they purchased "new". Are there any restrictions for resale owners?

No restrictions for daily passes ....deeded owners treated same no matter where you bought the week. Front desk will limit passes however to avoid overcrowding
