When staying for a week do they come in and clean some or bring fresh towels! Do they replenish toilet paper or like paper towels? Do the units have things left in kitchen like salt pepper spices? Do units have kuerig or normal coffee pots?

Yes, they have a cleaning schedule for sheets, they bring fresh towels daily. They have normal coffee pots (drip)with reusable filters.
