Beach chairs

I was told before coming I could borrow beach chairs to take to the beach. When I got here I was told they didn’t give out Beach chairs anymore. I went & bought 2 Beach chairs for $110 & today I found out they are indeed giving out Beach chairs. Terrible customer in this instance. I spoke to concierge & they didn’t help to fix the problem
