Redweek Full Service Listing

I am trying to sell my timeshare and lost a sale because the buyer wanted to use an escrow service that I could not offer. I see that Redweek offers a full service option that includes "professional closing". Does that mean Redweek is providing an escrow service so that the buyer is comfortable sending money? Is there another way to provide a level of comfort to the buyer?
