If you fly into St Thomas is there a transfer service you can purchase to get you from the airport to the ferry and then to St John?

Westing St John offers this service. You can directly arrange through Westin St John (call the concierge); when you arrive St Thomas (STT), you can pick up your bags, then go to Westin counter in the baggage claim area. From there they will take care of the rest - transportation from airport to the Westin Ferry dock, and the ferry to the resort. The Westin Ferry literally drops you off at the dock at the Resort.

What is the price of the Westin Ferry from St Thomas airport to the Westin Resort on St John?

As of a month ago, it was $125 per person for owners and $142 per person for non-owners. Includes round-trip airport transfers and unlimited back-n-forth between Westin and Red hook dock. Also, there is shopping trips (included in the price) that includes ground transportation to Charlotte Amalie and back each day. Overall totally worth the price in my opinion and hassle free.

The Westin has a ferry from St Thomas that is a bit spendy but very convenient. OR you can take a taxi to Red Hook and catch a ferry for just $8 that will take you to the downtown area on St John.

You can also take the Interisland ferry which is a less than 10 min taxi ride to Crown bay. They are incredibly reasonably price. Adults 20$, Seniors 15$, Children 10$ ages 3-11. Drops you off in town across from Mongoose junction. Much easier than traveling to Red Hook which could cost you $100 and would rather spend 45 min on a ferry taking in the beauty vs the 45 min winding roads to Red Hook.
