How do I contact an owner about renting their unit

You can make contact directly with an owner about a DIY rental or resale offering from their posting page. Just select 'Request To Book' or 'Questions? Get in touch', which you can easily get to on the right-hand side of the posting page.

If the posting is a Do-It-Yourself, or managed by the owner, you will need a RedWeek Membership to contact them. Membership is $18.99 per year If you are not already a member, you will be asked to upgrade your account in order to make the contact. Membership will also give you access to the Details section of the postings, with additional information from the owner, as well as resort reviews to help you make your decision.

If you are unable to connect with the owner to arrange a transaction, please let us know within 30 days, and we would be happy to fully refund your membership fee.

In some cases, the owner has contracted with RedWeek's full-service team to manage their inquiries. If the posting is Managed By RedWeek, there is no charge to request to book or ask a question.

Can I see pics of the unit before I pay to rent?

How will I know if the owner replies to my request on a non verified type listing since in the message it did not request a return email address? Do I need to send another with my contact information?
