Need professional opinion about Valdoro Mountain Lodge timeshare

Greetings, My dad purchased this many years ago, and the taxes/fees have gotten exorbitantly high. Now the one good thing I can say is that, and this is my question to you all, is that the location is such a good one for the spring break season that we should be able to easily rent it out. Only once about 15 years ago I tried to rent it to someone and they ultimately backed out. Once my dad tried to rent through someone and he felt they were a fraud and didn't go forward with it.

This is my first time posting the rental on redweek. Do any of you experts or opinionated folks think this timeshare, given its location, should actually be beneficial to us given that we SHOULD be able to find someone to rent it out? And if this is true where else should I advertise this? Again it's for a Queen studio room at Valdoro Mountain Lodge in Breckenridge, CO.
