We've owned the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas North since before it broke ground. We were then sold on the MVC ownership and have had numerous issues.
Recently, a phone consultant canceled our two-bedroom and split us into two reservations with different room types (unbeknownst to us). We will be out a lot of money on non-refundable flights and haven't gotten usage off MVC. I have screen captures of reservations that have disappeared, and now I can no longer log in to my MVC account.
There's a lot of history behind this, but unfortunately, I think it's time to get legal representation.
Is anyone aware of someone who is familiar with MVC and has supported users in the past?
