Is there a market anywhere for these......have 51,700 to sell.....thx

I think the best bet is to schedule and sell the week you book every year. I am trying the strategy of booking my points for a specific week and listing here on RW, for the first time. The last time I went to an owners update they are not offering/selling more Sheraton Flex unless you are already an owner and that is very limited for a limited time, I was told. It seems there are many people trying to sell their HOA responsibilities esp. as the annual fees continue to climb. Sorry I don't know of a market for this. The current economy probably does not help.
