If this product is (as I believe) a RTU (right to use) contract without any actual ownership, it's basically just a "club membership". The procedure and costs to acquire or transfer any such "membership" contract is determined solely by the operation itself. Accordingly, you need to direct your inquiry to Barcelona / Occidental Aruba for acquisition or transfer information and details.
