How come my posting doesn't show under the listing of Timeshare Rentals? Is there someone I can talk to about this?

I have had a number of listing on this site and have never had a single bit of success. Does the site offer any advice on creating more successful listings? I just watch my asking price get lower and lower, then I have to cancel my reservation and try to roll over my points to a new option. My most recent experience is a Viceroy unit at Novaspania which is a beautiful four bedroom unit with a large private pool and great amenities. I have never received even a single inquiry.

I am losing faith and about to the point where I just liquidate and move on.

Thanks for any help.

I have had 100% success in using RedWeek over many years now when advertising an occasional rental when we cannot use our owned weeks for one reason or another. I have no knowledge at all about the location or features of the timeshare you mention, but any and every posted rental on ANY site has the same fundamental requirements. First, someone seeing your listing must actually be interested in travelling to (and then spending a week at) the location and resort being advertised. Second, the rental price listed must be competitive with any and all other comparable advertised rentals for that particular property during the advertised rental time period. These requirements are universally true, no matter where you choose to advertise your available rental.

With all due respect, if your Redweek rental listings elicit no interest at all, then one or the other (...maybe both) of the two rental criteria identified in the preceding paragraph are clearly not being met.
