Redweek Fee Increase Again?

The posted rental for my timeshare week has increased twice in the last 7 months. Early in June 2024 there was a 10% increase and in January 2025 a 9% increase. What is going on? I pay for the Redweek Membership. I pay for a "Full Service" listing. I see now that the difference in what I will receive for my week and what the renter will pay is over $200. Where is the notification or communication? Both price increases happened without any notice. Why?

I agree, the commissions for RW are out of control. I looked back at my previous books and they were a modest 5% commission as a renter. Last year I paid 10%. You can't tell me the paperwork is any more complicated during peak season than it is during off-peak. If there is, then the renters for that season should pay it and not just a flat 10% for all. I'm going to contact a local real-estate agent next time to see if they have any timeshares for rental. I'm sure they do since they usually post in RW anyway. This used to be an affordable service, but not any more. So long RW!

Did I just read that Redweek is now charging renters a fee in addition to the owners fees?

Can anyone tell me if I can list my timeshare for rent without the full service option.
