bait and switch

I tryed to book two 2 bedroom units at Ko Olina one was approved at a fair price. the second one was not as nice (mountain views) but was a lower price. The poster did not respond to my booking request cancelling the second condo. Then reposted at a much higher than normal price. Does Redweek police this or is this part of doing business on Redweek?
