Transfer points from personal ownership to family trust

I am interested in transferring my Marriott destination points to my personal family trust. Does anyone know if Marriott will charge the $3/point transfer fee if transfers is within the same personal ownership? My husband is deceased and I want my children to share ownership and continue to enjoy vacations in future.

We have Marriott vacation club points and want to transfer them to our Daughter who is also a member. How do we get this done.
