How do I ask RedWeek a question about getting a reservation into the name of my renter?

My resort requires us to fill out a request for the change into a renter's name but their new required procedure requires us to send them a copy of our driver's license which MUST be attached to their form to change it for the reservation at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. We have been unable to do that on our computers. My husband was able to get it done for a rental of our Pueblo Bonito Rose unit earlier thru his sister's computer in Texas (because he was there visiting her)but he is home in Oregon now and we still can't get it done. They will not accept an emailed copy of my husband's drivers license unless it is physically on their form... They must still have the recent reservation form with his driver's license for the Rose unit...which certainly would confirm who we are as owners.. but when we called, the PB Reservation center would not connect us with the person who received that form (we thought that person could simply add that photo fo the drivers license to this new request..)
