Can you be more specific? Capital Vacations as a company owns (since 2022) management company VRI; are you asking about VRI-managed resorts? Capital Vacations also sells their own "internal points" product (of dubious value, in my personal opinion).
Not sure what you're asking about, but I would stay as far away as humanly possible from anything having anything at all to do with Capital Vacations. Just my own personal opinion. YMMV.
