Hi, I was wondering how this works? Caribbean flights from the USA to Aruba haven been canceled. We are to fly out on Thursday. I know that’s a few days out. Do we get a refund from redweek, if we can’t fly out? This is an unusual situation due to the Venezuelan government. Thanks for your assistance. Lynn Dykstra

We had the same experience and when we contacted Redweek we were told that they were sorry but couldn't help us . My question is where did the people that were staying in our unit prior to our planed arrival date and couldn't get out of Aruba stay ? Did the owners extend their stay and double dip at our expense ?
