Yes you can. Previously I did it this way for years and never had any problems from my renters. It seems nowadays that people want more of the safety aspect of using Redweek as a layer of protection. It sucks that our money is being held by them until after the rental, they're getting free interest by holding the money. I used to offer the renters a lower price since I didn't have to pay Redweek a rental fee.
