I am not sure if you can help me. We purchased with Coral Sands, and have yet to be able to stay there. Someone told me there was a class action suit about this very thing. I was wondering who I would contact or get in touch with about this problem.

Yes there was a lawsuit.
Can you provide any additional info for example, are you attempting to reserve time using RCI points or merely request a specific floating week?
