Hyannis, MA is a lovely area to vacation in any season of year. The town has many restaurants, cafes and shops with close proximity to beautiful beaches. There is Kennedy family history to explore at a museum right in the downtown.

The resort is located set back on Main St in Hyannis and so is walking distance to everything: Arcade, miniature golf, bowling, ice cream/candy shops for the kids and the JFK museum, restaurants, shops, library, Vet center, parks, habor/marina walkway and beach (about 1 mile). The resort is renovating and so new heating/cooling units and 10' sliders have been installed. There are studios and lock off one bedrooms (2 attached studios) and so there are two types of studio units. One has a larger kitchen with a full refridgerator, table for 4, a murphy bed, pullout sofa and 2 chairs. The other 'bedroom' unit has a smaller kitchen with an under the counter refridgerator, a 2 person table, a full sized bed and a pull out or futon. They both have microwaves and two burner cook tops, a private patio, TV/VHS and/or DVD, third floor units have a cathedral ceiling and some have a small loft. Both types of units are fully equipped, I prefer the 'bedroom' type unit for 1 or 2 people, the 'living room' type unit provides more living space during the day and is better for a 3-4 person group. Each type of unit can sleep 4, so 8 total in the one bedroom units, great for a larger group. The indoor pool/whirlpool, M/F sauna area always has a lifeguard. There is a sun deck and picnic/BBQ area. Owners receive great rental discounts. This is a great resort as you never need to leave the area and it is central to the entire Cape Cod area if you want to go explore the many adventures the Cape has to offer. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the resort is immaculate.

Right in the middle of Hyannis on beautiful Cape Cod. Staff is friendly and the many restaurants in the area offer the best and freshest of sea food. It's not a gold crown but is a really nice place to stay with lots to do in the area. Real good choice for vacation.

Right in the heart of Hyannis, this resort is ideally located to experience all that Cape Cod has to offer: golf, beaches, fishing, entertainment, dining, arts, etc. Courtyard has one of the lowest maintenance fees of any resort, but I've still been able to trade into some of the best resorts in RCI.

I have been an owner at the Courtyard Resort in Hyannis for 30 years and visit the resort about every other year. The Courtyard Resort is conveniently located, just off of Main Street, where the shops stay open until 10 pm. The beaches are clean and very sandy, few shells, with a nice concession stand and rest rooms. There are fishing and sightseeing charters available and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Block Island. The beach is about a 10 minute drive from the Courtyard Resort, and everything else is within walking distance. We found it especially nice to go to the beach or Courtyard's indoor pool for the day and then shop in the stores in the evening. Because the Courtyard offers a BBQ area nd kitchens in every unit, we often cooked for ourselves. However, the local restaurants are also excellent and many can be walked to. The Courtyard is an older resort, converted from a Howard Johnson's motel, which it still resembles. Each unit has sleeping for 4 and some have small lofts that are ideal for children to sleep in. They are sparsely equipped with oak furniture, bu do supply a TV and VCR, plus phone and outside is a small deck with chairs. I've been to many other resorts and the Courtyard is conparable. It was a good purchase for us and is convneiently located on the Cape within and hour or two drive to all of the other communities on the Cape. Come visit. I am sure you will be pleased.
