Villa renovations underway in the Lighthouse Tower from 7/11/2025 through 12/12/2025. Noise and activity can be anticipated, and resort amenities are expected to remain open.

Garden view units are either in Spyglass Tower 9/D, Compass, or Spyglass Tower 8/C, floors 2 - 3. Lower floor units may have obstructed views.

Renters may be required to pay a one-time environmental/levy fee of approximately $10 as well as timeshare taxes of approximately $13.78/night for studio units (subject to change).
