Building exterior facade painting will be underway through July. Intermittent access to unit balconies may be needed, and minor noise may be experienced.

All units have a water view - either oceanview or intercoastal.

Two bedroom units are lockout units.

Guests are permitted one parking space per reservation, at an additional fee of approximately $35/day (subject to change).
