While all units are considered Ocean View or Oceanfront, lower floor Ocean View units may have an obstructed view. The floor level cannot be guaranteed

Units do not have a washer/dryer. There are laundry facilities on each floor of the buildings for guests to use.

Rentals are subject to additional fees, including an environmental fee of approximately $3/night, a capital recovery fee of approximately $17/week, and "vacation rental taxes" of approximately $15/night for one-bedroom units.
