The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas & Spa Notices

Resort will be undergoing an enhancement project from September 1, 2025 through December 15, 2025. During this time, main pool will have limited access and construction noise may be experienced between the hours of 8AM to 7PM.

An environmental fee of approximately $9.50 per day applies. Additionally, rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $10/night for two-bedroom units.

A housekeeping fee of up to $88 (subject to change) may apply on certain two week, lockoff units depending on how the reservation was booked. Please contact the owner directly for additional details.
